Termite Treatment

Integrity Pest Solutions offers a guaranteed comprehensive termite treatment that is designed around your particular home requirements and the termite infestation. Also, Termite treatment services are available for commercial businesses and buildings. Termite treatment services are scheduled in a prompt, convenient, and discrete manner, and we will work with you to meet any special scheduling requirements or time constraints that you may have. 

Free on-site estimates are offered for termite activity evaluation. As part of the initial visit and free estimate, the service technician will provide a thorough inspection and ascertain many factors to determine the most successful treatment plan to eliminate the infestation in an expedited manner. For both the inspection process and treatment service, access will be required to basements, crawlspaces, garages, and the interior of the home. After the inspection process is completed, the service technician will review his findings and the proposed termite treatment with you. Recommendations and general exclusion will be included as part of our termite treatment program and to eliminate conducive conditions and environmental factors that may have contributed to the termite activity.   

Our Termite Treatments are WARRANTIED for one year from the date of the termite treatment service. As a matter of fact, in most cases, the treatment material that we use can last up to five years or longer. If the termites are not eliminated during initial treatment and within the one year warranty period, a return visit for additional treatments to the affected area will be made at no additional charge for the guaranteed year.   

Integrity Pest Solutions treatments cover the home or business in its entirety, based on the treatment area, including the full exterior, crawlspace, and attached buildings to offer our customers the most comprehensive treatment, coverage, and protection. We do not provide targeted or spot termite treatments due to the importance of our customer’s homes and ensuring successful treatment. We find that in spot termite treatments, there is a possibility of ineffective treatment and not eliminating all termites. 

As a precaution and for early detection due to the secretive nature and vast subterranean termite activity in our area, Integrity Pest Solutions offers Guaranteed Annual Termite Inspections to our customers to extend the warranty guarantee after a treatment warranty expiration. The Homeowner Inspection also includes inspection for other wood-destroying insects for activity. Commercial Business Termite inspections are also available. 

Integrity Pest Solutions offers a Guaranteed Preventative termite treatment service that is performed as a preventative measure before termite activity to provide a protective and continuous ground barrier around the exterior of the home or business building. This allows you to be proactive against future potential termite activity. This treatment is especially beneficial to potentially higher infestation risk areas such as wooded areas and high moisture areas. This treatment includes a one year warranty with the option to continue warranty once it expires through our Guaranteed Annual Homeowner Termite Inspections . 

Guaranteed Pre-construction and Post-construction treatment services are also offered for new home construction, new garage construction, and other new building construction which will provide a proactive, preventative treatment against termites to homeowners and businesses. 

Wood Destroying Insect Treatment

In addition to standard termite treatments, we offer wood preservative treatments as both a preventative service and as a treatment against termites and other wood-destroying insects. This treatment is designed to eliminate wood areas as a food source to wood-destroying insects. 

Integrity Pest Solutions offers treatments for all wood destroying insects including Powder Post Beetles, Wood Boring Beetles, Old House Borers, Carpenter Ants and Carpenter Bees. These pests may not cause as much damage or be as “popular” as termites; however, they can be just as destructive if left unchecked. Unfortunately, wood-destroying insects, in many cases, remain hidden , making it hard to know you have an infestation. Signs of wood-destroying pests depend on the type but can include frass and excrement, wood exit or entrance holes, powdery dust-like substances, sawdust, bubbling paint, clicking sounds or other faint sounds within a floor or wall, and the actual pest entering or exiting a hole in wood.

As with all of our services, we will provide a free on-site estimate to accurately identify the pest and determine the most effective treatment for elimination. Annual Homeowner Inspections include inspection for all wood destroying insect activity.
