• QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE SERVICES: For Complete year round control, our Quarterly Preventative Maintenance program offers worry free Guaranteed protection. This service includes four regularly scheduled services, performed every three months, however, because it is guaranteed, any additional service visits needed, are included at no additional cost to our customers. With the Quarterly Maintenance program, you will have coverage against most common household pests for the entire year. 

• SEASONAL PROGRAMS:  Our Seasonal Programs are designed to fit your personalized needs. Seasonal services are for treatments that would require more than a one-time service to be effective and also to allow you guaranteed return services as needed during the length of the program. Seasonal programs are available for specific pests such as mice and ants or overall general pest protection. Our seasonal service offers protection against a wide range of pests including pest ants, spiders, crickets, camel crickets, silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, ground beetles, stink bugs, moths, sow bugs, pill bugs, spider mites, mice, rats and more. The seasonal program is often ideal for those who want to obtain temporary, guaranteed service for 3 to 6 months, for homeowners temporarily residing in beach homes during the spring/summer months, or for property owners who would like to have continued service for their rental properties throughout a season to ensure that their properties are protected against pests while they are not there. When beginning this service, the number of services and frequency will be determined based on your needs and the targeted pests. The seasonal program includes Integrity Pest Solution’s Warranty during the entire duration of the program. 

• BI-MONTHLY SERVICES AND MONTHLY SERVICES:  Our Monthly Services include customized treatments designed for commercial businesses, homeowners that wish more reoccurring services than the standard Quarterly Preventative Maintenance Program offers and for specialized services that may require monthly treatments. Also, to meet all of our customer’s needs, a monthly or Bi-monthly service can be provided for homeowners who wish to have services performed on a more frequent basis. While in most cases we find that the Quarterly Preventative Maintenance Program is more than adequate to control pests, we understand the significance of additional visits that may allow for more control of pests and add peace of mind for the homeowner. Our standard monthly service includes coverage of a wide variety of pests, however, our monthly service can be customized to meet your needs. Monthly services are also required for some specialized treatment programs to be effective and to gain control of the target pest. Specialized treatments may include rodent and mouse control programs, fly management programs, mosquito management programs, and natural, organic pest control programs. All monthly programs include our Warranty during the entire duration of the program.

For our quarterly maintenance, seasonal maintenance and monthly services, treatments are designed to concentrate on the exterior of the home to prevent or limit the use of chemicals within the interior, where you, your family and your pets reside. However, treatments are performed in the home when needed based on pest activity or at the request of the customer. General exclusion or recommendations for elimination of conducive conditions is included as an integral part of our quarterly, seasonal and monthly programs. Exclusion and homeowner recommendations are part of our commitment to integrated pest management (IPM) solutions and to eliminating the environmental conditions that may have contributed to the pest concern. When these conditions are removed, the possibility of future reemergence of the targeted pests is reduced. While the scheduled visits under the seasonal and monthly programs are usually sufficient, should you have any concerns or need additional treatments at any time during the program period, they are GUARANTEED, and we will return to your home for additional service at NO additional cost
