Even when you don’t see them, bugs are still there... Without a specific pest infestation, You could actually have up to hundreds of different types and species of arthropods - insects, spiders and other invertebrate, sharing your home with you each day. 

WHY DO I HAVE BUGS

Why do bugs come in your home?  Some of them come in for food. Some search for water.  Some will venture in to get out of rainy weather. Some may come just because you offer ideal living conditions within your home.

Some may just accidentally wander in.  And,  contrary to popular belief because you don’t see them in the winter, Some come in for warmth and may even be over-wintering in your home. Once inside, Bugs will often hide in places that offer them dark and/or moist seclusion, where they can remain protected and unseen, such as in cracks and wall

voids, in walls, baseboards, closets, attics, crawlspaces, and basements. The above doesn’t even include how many bugs will be in your immediate surroundings once you make your way out of the home. 

Preventative maintenance is described as inspection, detection and correction PRIOR to failure. So, as with your car, heating unit, air conditioning unit, etc., Year round preventative maintenance is the key to being proactive and reducing future pest concerns, problems and ultimately failure.

TYPES OF BUGS IN DELAWARE

The Preventative Maintenance Pest Program offered by Integrity Pest Solutions will give guaranteed, continued prevention against many common reoccurring household and exterior pests including ants, spiders, crickets, camel crickets, silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, ground beetles, stink bugs, moths, sow bugs, pill bugs, spider mites, springtails, clover mites, mice, rats and more. 

Service visits are provided every three months (quarterly), with four regularly scheduled visits in a year and allows for proactive control of pests around your home. This service provides you with warrantied, year-long protection against the entry of several types of pests into the interior of your home. The program is designed around the four visits, targeting on each visit, the pests that are prevalent during that period or season in order to provide the most effective and complete year-round pest control to you and to maximize our results. As with all of our services, integrated pest management methods are utilized with both a non-chemical and chemical treatment plan as part of our quarterly program. 

All treatments are concentrated on the exterior of the home in order to prevent or limit the use of chemicals within the interior, where you, your family and your pets reside. It is the goal of our quarterly program to prevent pests from ever entering the home and as with all of our treatments, to use only the minimum product while offering the most successful results. In addition and to offer the most complete Quarterly plan, interior services for covered pests are also included in the Quarterly Maintenance program at no charge, at the homeowners request or in the event of pest activity within the home. 

ELIMINATING PESTS IN YOUR HOME

As an added benefit to our Quarterly maintenance program and as part of our commitment to integrated pest management (IPM) methods, a thorough inspection identifying conducive conditions that are ideal for mice and bugs are part of every service.  Resolving the conducive conditions around the home will not only allow for a more successful treatment and pest elimination at the source, we find that it helps our homeowners also eliminate possible future home problems such as wood rot, mold, termite activity and even poor heating issues. 

GUARANTEED PEST CONTROL SERVICES

Our Quarterly Preventative Maintenance Service is warrantied to allow for worry free pest control.  While the scheduled visits are usually sufficient, should you have any pest concerns or need additional treatments at any time during the year, they are always warrantied and we will return to your home for service at NO additional cost.

All of our treatments are generally odor free and are non-transferable once dry. Application of all of our treatments are in

accordance with and as required by the manufacturer label, federal, state and local regulations.
